1920s "Bellasoiree Original" Art Deco Lame Tunic with Chiffon andBeading

"Bellasoiree Original" tunic. This is period piece fashioned from a 1920s Art Deco brocade shawl, trimmed with gold lame and peach silk chiffon. The V-neckline of the tunic features a metallic beaded bullion applique from France encrusted with old rhinestones and sequins from around 1900. The geometric lame brocade pattern has a lovely patina and the old gold lame is quite dramatic.
 
This wearable art piece has an Egyptian feel to it with original Middle Eastern sequined bullion tassels embellished on each wrist. There is nothing new on this creation. Everything is 1920s or older.
 
Very full and flowing this top fits is one size fits up to a size 12. Can fit a smaller frame with some minor alterations and can be modernized with a fitted belt or piece of wide metallic lame or lace. Would be gorgeous with some metallic leggings or lame harem pants which will be coming soon.Minor issues: photo #4 shows a bit of fraying on bottom triangle, original patina mark on left lame cuff.
